Biology as Technology

I am a biotech executive and serial entrepreneur fascinated by the world of microbes and the future of biotechnology. Trained as a bioengineer at AgroParisTech, I developed a deep interest in the commercialization of biotechnology during my PhD at Harvard and Paris Descartes. My focus is on leveraging microbes to address issues in the health, food, cosmetics, and chemical industries.

In addition to my work with Verb Biotics, Afineur, and Synbio Consulting, I am passionate about the challenges of communicating, marketing, commercializing, and regulating breakthrough biotechnologies. I am also actively involved in fostering new biotech hubs in developing countries and training the next generation of biotechnologists.
