I founded Synbio Consulting in 2012. It is one of the first consultancies focusing on the technological, commercial, and marketing challenges around synthetic biology and biotechnology.

I have worked with leading organizations across the private, public, and social sectors worldwide. Selected projects include building commercial assessments for leading universities and investment funds, leading the technological and commercial transitions of companies, and advising the European Commission on biotechnology regulation and research priorities.
